Employee records
From the Company section, create a record for every employee: personal details, salary and allowances, and documents (residency, contract, certificates) with expiry alerts.
Payroll runs
- Create a payroll run for the month — it's prepared automatically with all employees, salaries, allowances, and deductions.
- Review and adjust as needed (deductions, bonuses, overtime).
- Approve the run — salary and social insurance journal entries are posted automatically.
Leave
Leave requests of all types (annual, sick, unpaid...) with an approval workflow and a leave balance per employee.
Assets and custody
- Register company assets: vehicles, equipment, devices.
- Hand them to employees as custody and track their condition and return.
Project assignments
Assign employees to projects for specific periods — so you know who works where, and labor cost is charged to the right project in profitability reports.
Company expenses
Record general administrative expenses (rent, subscriptions, utilities) separately from project expenses, and enable recurring expenses to be logged automatically every month.
