The free trial, plan differences, and how to subscribe and manage your billing.
Free trial (24 hours)
Every new account starts with a 24-hour free trial from the moment the organization is created, with no credit card:
- Every feature is unlocked for the whole trial.
- Ready-made sample data: two complete projects (a concrete structure and a finishing job) and two linked quantity studies, so you see the system filled with realistic numbers.
- You can add one item of each type with your own data (project, client, invoice, study, ...).
- 10 conversations with the AI assistant.
When the trial ends, the account becomes read-only until you subscribe: your data stays saved and you can browse and export it. When you subscribe, the sample data is removed and everything you entered stays.

What does each plan include?
Monthly and yearly (same features): up to 5 users, up to 3 projects, the AI assistant, PDF and CSV export, the owner portal, ZATCA e-invoicing, and all reports and analytics.
Enterprise: everything above + 50+ users, full system customization, team training, dedicated support, a guaranteed SLA, and integration with your existing systems, with a one-time setup and a monthly subscription based on user count.
Subscribing and invoices
From Settings → Billing, choose a plan and pay online. After every successful payment you receive a simplified tax invoice from Masar by email, and you can download it anytime from the billing page.
Upgrading, downgrading, and cancelling
- Monthly to yearly: anytime from the billing page.
- To the enterprise plan: contact us to arrange setup and integration.
- Cancellation: stop the renewal from the billing page at any time; your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account becomes read-only.
Payment methods
Secure online payment by bank card through the Moyasar gateway. For enterprise: bank transfer and direct invoicing.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays saved and is never deleted. Your account becomes read-only: you can browse your projects, invoices, and reports and export them, and you can re-subscribe anytime and find everything as you left it.
