What does each plan include?
Free: one project, two users, 10 AI conversations, and core project management.
Paid (monthly/yearly): unlimited projects, up to 9 users, unlimited AI conversations, PDF and Excel export, the owner portal, ZATCA e-invoicing, and all reports and analytics.
Enterprise: everything above + 50+ users, full customization, training, dedicated support, and a guaranteed SLA.
Upgrading and downgrading
From Settings → Subscription:
- Upgrades apply immediately with automatic proration.
- Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation is available anytime — your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
Payment methods
Credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) with secure online payment. For enterprise: bank transfer and direct invoicing.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays safe and is never deleted — your account moves to the free plan with its limits, and you can come back anytime and find everything as you left it.
