Getting Started
Create your account, set up your organization, and start your first project in minutes.
Creating an account
- From the homepage, click Start for free.
- Sign up with your email and a password, or directly with a Google account.
- Confirm your email from the activation message.
The free plan requires no credit card and includes a full project, two users, and 10 AI assistant conversations.
Setting up your organization
After your first sign-in, the setup wizard walks you through:
- Organization name — your company name as it will appear on invoices and reports.
- Tax details — VAT number and commercial registration (required for e-invoicing).
- Logo & branding — upload your logo to appear on invoices, quotations, and printouts.
You can edit all of this later from Settings.
Inviting your team
From Settings → Members, invite team members by email and pick a role for each:

| Manager | Everything except deletion and sensitive settings |
| Accountant | Finance, invoices, and vouchers |
| Engineer | Projects, execution, and quantity takeoff |
| Field Supervisor | Daily reports and site photos |
| Viewer | Read-only |
You can also create custom roles with fine-grained per-section permissions.
Your first project
- From the dashboard, click New Project.
- Enter the project name, client, and contract value.
- Click Create — you'll get a full project page: overview, finance, execution, documents, and more.
Language and theme
- Language: from the language icon in the top bar — Arabic or English.
- Theme: light or dark from the moon/sun icon.
