Share project progress with the owner via a secure link — no account needed.
What is the owner portal?
The owner portal lets the project owner follow their project through a secure link you send them — no registration, no account. It builds trust with your clients and saves you the "what's happening with my project?" calls.
Activation
- From the project page, open the Owner Portal tab.
- Click Activate Portal and choose what the owner sees.
- Copy the secure link and send it to the owner (WhatsApp, email, message).
What does the owner see?
You control every element in detail:
- Project progress and milestones.
- Site photos and updates.
- Recorded and due payments.
- Documents you choose to share.
Owner chat
The owner can message you directly from their portal through the owner channel in project chat — keeping all communication documented in one place.
Security
- The link is encrypted and unguessable.
- You can revoke the link at any moment or generate a new one.
- The owner sees only what you allow — nothing else.
